UAPA Amendment bill passed from 2019 Lok Sabha. Once the law of this bill is created, the government can declare anyone as a terrorist on the suspicion of being affiliated with the terrorist organization. The opposition has described this amendment bill as extremely fatal.
UAPA Amendment bill 2019 लोकसभा से पास हो गया। इस बिल के क़ानून बन जाने पर सरकार किसी को भी आतंकवादी संगठन से जुड़े होने के शक पर आतंकवादी घोषित कर सकती है। विपक्ष ने इस संशोधन बिल को बेहद घातक बताया है।
