The names 'Ouchhh', 'Superbien', 'les Vandales', 'Algorithm' or 'Spectrelab' might mean nothing to the general public, but they are among the digital artists looking to get the jury's nod at this Paris festival which has attracted contributors from France, Belgium and Turkey.
