Description of the film:
1. The famous Argentine tanguista Carlos Gardel arrives in Bogota in one of the Scadta trimotors. Image of people gathered at the airport. Plane taxiing along the runway. Carlos Gardel getting off the machine and the crowd of people receiving his idol.
2. Alfredo Le Pera, the author whose songs and arguments have raised Gardel to the peak of popularity, says goodbye to the Bogota public with the modesty ingenuity that characterizes him.
3. Carlos Gardel gives an effusive hug goodbye to Mr. Nicolas Diaz, manager of Cine Colombia in Bogota and smiling offers to return: "I do not say goodbye until later."
4. The passengers of the S31 F31 airplane undertake a trip without return. Image of the pilot in the cockpit. Departure of the plane from the runway.
5. A few hours later, the city that vibrated with emotion at the maximum trovero of the Argentine people, suffered the anguish of that catastrophe that turned so many precious lives to ashes: Samper, Gardel, Zuleta, Le Pera, Swartz and nine more passengers.
