A 31-year-old man allegedly killed his sister-in-law in northeast Delhi for talking to a person over the phone despite his repeated warnings.The police were informed by the family members of a woman that she was found dead in Welcome area. Meanwhile, the woman's brother-in-law, Ram Karan, called up the police to inform them that he had killed her, they said.
