Flooding in Kansa City, Missouri, on Thursday (May 28) has several cars stuck in high water.
The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill issued a flash flood warning for Johnson and parts of Wyandotte counties in Kansas and parts of Cass, Clay, Platte, and Jackson counties in Missouri.
