The Kuala Lumpur High Court has upheld the 18 month jail sentence against PKR's Mohd Rafizi Ramli for possessing the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) audit report without approval. The Pandan MP was, however, acquitted and discharged of exposing a page of the report.
