Several areas have been flooded and close to a million people have been impacted by heavy downpours and rising waters in central Vietnam since mid last week. At least 36 people have died and 30 still missing due to the flood, according to Vietnam's disaster management authority. Images show locals in the city of Hue cooking and making tea on a small boat inside their partially submerged homes.
