Irish PM announces country's return to coronavirus lockdown

Irish Prime minister Micheal Martin issues a nationwide "stay at home" order from midnight Wednesday. Ireland is the first EU country to re-enter lockdown, and will close non-essential retail businesses but keep schools open.
