Supereme court passed a law that person can't become MP or MLA if there criminals cased and they can't take part in elections for 6 years, if this happens dream of many MP's & MLA's will get destructed. Former election commission commissioner Qureshi says person who has criminal case should be banned from participating in elections. BJP, ruling india, conquered the power by telling peoples they will completely destroy all the corrupted and criminal MP's and MLA from their party, but BJP ranks no 1 in having criminal MP's and MLA's in their party, even Narendra Modi Indian Prime minister said he will clear all this evils in india but he never did. Mizoram is the state which is absolute criminal free MP's and MLA's.
