There's a place on the East Coast not far from here
A neighborly place where there's nothing to fear
Vacationers flock here to watch tides come and go
and relax in the safety of a Maritime home.
Here guests are welcomed with love and respect,
instant trust is the norm, in friendly Porta-peck,
neighbors are quick to lend a helping hand,
to the strangers that come from all over the land.
The moon was waxing it was late Saturday night
time to call it a day and turn out the lights
no need to lock the door - we've never had to,
It's hard to change habits you've become accustomed to .
But tonight there'll be terror in Colchester North,.
for murder and mayhem are about to step forth

So what can be learned from such unthinkable horror,
Start looking for wolf signs just as near as next door
