Hobart court is hearing appeal against 23-year sentence

A court in Hobart is hearing an appeal against the 23-year sentence given to a woman convicted of murdering her partner. Susan Neil-Fraser was found guilty of murdering Bob Chappell on board the couple's yacht in 2009.
