The Energy Ministry today announced that its technical team has been appointed and is already investigating the explosion that occurred at the Niquan plant yesterday. This, as the Occupational Safety and Health Agency said it is also conducting its own investigation. One Opposition MP yesterday called on the Agency to do so. Juhel Browne reports.
