Cyclist Takes Wrong Step When BMX Gate Drops Causing Him to Fall

This cyclist was training in the woods track in Yvelines in France. The cyclist took a wrong step and was caught off guard when the door dropped. Instead of getting off the ramp, he fell flat to the ground.
