'A disturbing/chaotic scene took place in Southaven, Mississippi on April 9, 2021, which shows a small pup getting attacked by two other dogs.
"My neighbors let their dogs run loose," the filmer, Taylor Johnson wrote. "They have a Belgian Shepherd and a German Shepherd. The Belgian Shepherd, as seen in the video, has attacked multiple dogs including mine (Siberian Husky)."
Taylor revealed that despite numerous complaints and calling Animal Control on multiple occasions, the dog owners have not had to pay any fines or surrender their pets.
The filmer added: "The reason we set up our security system is because of their two dogs attacking mine. They still don't know how to keep them [the dogs] on a leash."
This triggering footage has racked up almost 200K likes on TikTok.
