The Political future of Liberal MP Tim Smith is hanging in the balance with the member for Kew facing increasing internal pressure to resign from Parliament. Mr Smith stood down from his position as Shadow Attorney General yesterday and had his licence suspended for 12 months after crashing his car with a blood alcohol reading more than twice the legal limit.
