The man accused in the rape and murder of 13-year-old Patricia Alatorre is set to appear in court Tuesday morning after his attorneys removed themselves from his case. According to court documents, Armando Cruz has a hearing set Tuesday morning where the status of the trial will be discussed including the change in legal representation.
