Boost for Nathif Jama to recapture the Garissa gubernatorial seat

Former Garissa Governor Nathif Jama got a major boost to recapture the Garissa gubernatorial seat after his main challenger Botswana envoy Mohamed Shidiye stepped down in his favour.
