PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ON THE PANDEMIC - NOT A BAD THING

Uganda's President Museveni has decried the current state in Africa metted by the Covid-19 pandemic. He, however, sees this as a WAKE UP CALL, an opportunity Africans needed.
