Former Liberal staffer Brittany Higgins will step up at National Press Club, along with last year's Australian of the Year Grace Tame for a highly anticipated speech. It comes after both chambers of Parliament issued an apology for sexual harassment and abuse committed in Commonwealth workplaces yesterday.
