Ukraine's President Zelenskyy says he will order Bakhmut withdrawal if Russian troops encircle city

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he would order a withdrawal of troops from Bakhmut if there was a risk of them being encircled by Russian forces.
