Tuesday's murder of Reynold Victor in San Juan was simply part of a warning to his imprisoned brother known in prison as "Fox".
Wednesday, in Morvant, a rival gang leader who police believe is also behind bars and embroiled in a fierce feud with Fox, sent him another message by attempting to burn down his relative's home in Vegas.
Police are now looking for at least ten masked men who perpetrated the act, some of whom were equipped with firearms.
