Jason Sudeikis Will Pay Olivia Wilde Nearly $30k a Month in Child Support.
Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have finally settled their bitter custody battle, with the actor agreeing to pay $27,500 in monthly child support for their two children, according to new court documents.
Court filings obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com reveal the exes worked out an arrangement earlier this month stating that they will share joint custody of nine-year-old son Otis, and six-year-old daughter Daisy, on a 'week-on, week-off basis.'
Sudeikis will pay the actress, 39, the five-figure sum every month which includes $10,300 for their son, and $17,200 for their daughter, according to the papers.
The agreement also states that in addition to the monthly payment, the Ted Lasso star will have to foot the bill for 25 per cent of Wilde's childcare expenses.
The allocated amount is based on the Ted Lasso star's estimated 2023 income of $10.5million, and Olivia's estimated income of $500,000.
The documents, however, point out that 'the income of each party is in dispute and fluctuates,' but go on to state that the couple agrees 'such disputes and fluctuations are not material to their agreement that Jason has an extraordinarily high income...' and that the amount determined under child support guidelines would exceed the kids' needs.
'The parties agree that child support for the minor children in the amount of $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason's station in life, ... is consistent with each child's best interest, and application of the guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case,' the papers state.
The settlement resolves the couple's outstanding child custody and support issues that have been ongoing over the past 18 months.
It comes over a year after Wilde was infamously served legal papers as she spoke on stage about her new movie on stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas in April 2022.
The awkward moment incited what would become a bitter public feud between the couple whose split and co-parenting arrangement appeared to have been amicable up until that point.
At the time the Don't Worry Darling director had moved on with British pop singer Harry Styles, 29, who starred in her 2022 film. The pair ended their relationship last November.
Since then, Wilde and Sudeikis appear to have buried the hatchet and resumed their amicable co-parenting relationship with their kids.
Over the weekend the exes were seen putting on a united front in Los Feliz, Los Angeles as they cheered on their son Otis, nine, at his soccer game.
