At Ptitchef, we no longer need to tell you about our unconditional love for brioche ;-) As Christmas approaches, we decided to shape it like a snowflake. And since good news never comes alone, we also paired it with the flavors of a chocolate/hazelnut spread..! We can see you drooling, so follow our steps ↓
Ingredients:
- 11g dry yeast
- 250ml warm milk
- 500g T45 flour
- 1 egg
- 60g sugar
- 5g salt
- 70g softened butter (or margarine or vegetable oil)
Filling:
- 8 Tbsp Nutella (or jam)
Egg wash:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp milk
