जलवायु परिवर्तन की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए विश्व जलवायु कार्रवाई शिखर सम्मेलन (सीओपी 28 समिट) दुबई में चल रहा है। संयुक्त अरब अमीरात इस बार सीओपी समिट की अध्यक्षता कर रहा है। इस समिट में दुनियाभर के देशों के राष्ट्राध्यक्ष पहुंचे हैं। पीएम मोदी ने भी दुबई में हो रहे इस समिट में हिस्सा लिया है। पड़ोसी मुल्क पाकिस्तान के कार्यवाहक प्रधानमंत्री अनवारुल हक भी इस समिट में शिरकत करने पहुंचे थे। इस दौरान विश्व के नेताओं को तस्वीर सामने आई जिसमें पीएम मोदी सामने खड़े नजर आ रहे हैं। इस तस्वीर के सामने आते ही पाकिस्तानियों ने अपने ही पीएम का मजाक उड़ाना शुरू कर दिया।
