THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine is hopeful of meeting face-to-face with Prime Minister and Head of the National Security Council Dr Keith Rowley, on Tobago's escalating crime situation, and even as the Chief Secretary was preparing to hold a media briefing on crime on Friday in Tobago, came word of a chopping incident in Scarborough.
