North Korea has amended its constitution to define South Korea as a "hostile state" and it's number one enemy. It's the latest in a series of incidents increasing tensions on the Korean Peninsula. Japan, the U.S. and South Korea have set up a new multinational committee to better monitor and push through U.N. sanctions on Pyongyang.
