U.S Navy Maritime Patrol Plane Flies Through Taiwan Strait

A U.S. Navy P-8 aircraft transited through the Taiwan Strait on Tuesday, the first such passage since the U.S. presidential election. The U.S. Navy says it sent the plane to demonstrate Washington’s commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific.
