On her recent birthday, Careen received what she now calls the "best surprise ever."
The touching footage starts with Careen and her partner enjoying dinner to celebrate her special day. Suddenly, her boyfriend moves closer, gets down on one knee, and pops the question.
Careen is visibly stunned by the heartfelt gesture, and the entire restaurant cheers for the newly engaged couple.
