The Works and Transport Minister says the temporary closure of Florida's airspace caused one Caribbean Airlines flight to return to the Piarco International Airport, while other flights were delayed.
And the Minister acknowledged international media reports that what happened in Florida's airspace was the result of the explosion of a rocket launched by SpaceX.
