A DPD driver was caught on camera jumping over a family's 7ft fence to deliver their parcel - rather than knocking on the front door.
Minjae and Joanna Kim, from Canterbury, Kent, UK were baffled when they spotted the courier in their fenced back garden.
They started recording the incident on their Ring Doorbell after seeing the man - and footage captures him jumping back over the fence.
Mrs Kim, 35, claims they had given DPD specific instructions to drop the important parcel - which contained insulin - at the front of the house.
DPD has since apologised for what happened.
