Some dads have a permanent 'serious mode' switched on, and Ria's dad is no exception.
So, when the family found themselves at a restaurant, they decided to pull off a little experiment.
"Pretending it's dad's birthday while at a restaurant (when it's not) to see if he'll actually smile for once," Ria shared with WooGlobe.
The plan was simple: get the waiters involved, bring out the clapping, and make a whole scene.
As the energy in the room built up, the unthinkable happened—he smiled!
