Rain moving across the southeast and east of England in the early afternoon clearing from the west, then scattered showers possible across much of the UK. Northwestern areas seeing the worst of the showers, some heavy. Hail, snow and a risk of thunder possible, especially across the Scottish highlands. A bright afternoon for many of us however, more so in England and Wales.
Fresh to strong winds in the north. Feeling cooler than yesterday but with temperatures still above average for this time of the year.
