Cardinal You Heung-sik leads prayers for Pope Francis amid pneumonia battle
Prefect of the Dicastery for Clergy, Cardinal Lazarus You Heung-sik, leads evening prayers for Pope Francis on March 7, 2025 three weeks after the pontiff was admitted to Rome's Gemelli Hospital for double pneumonia. On March 6, he sent his first audio message since being hospitalized, expressing thanks 'from the bottom of my heart' to well-wishers around the world who have offered their support.
