Guyana: U.S. secretary of state arrives in the country to offer "security guarantees"

The U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, arrived in Georgetown on Thursday to offer security guarantees to Guyana regarding Venezuela’s legitimate claims over the territory of Essequibo.
