International referees to officiate in PVL All-Filipino Conference semis
To ensure fairness, the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) includes international referees to call the games during the PVL 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference semifinals. PVL Commissioner Sherwin Malonzo told media that Thai referee Adams Wong will be the first referee in Choco Mucho and Akari’s clash. During the 2024 1st All-Filipino Conference, Petro Gazz called out officiating lapses after losing to the Creamline Cool Smashers that was blamed on a controversial call.
