Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles visits Northern Territory on first day of campaign trail

The election campaign has begun in the Northern Territory with a visit from the Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Richard Marles. He's been in Darwin to meet the crew of a U.S. submarine and announce a new community hub in Palmerston.
