26/11 plotter Tahawwur Rana to arrive in India tomorrow, may be kept at Tihar

One of the prominent figures who plotted the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, Tahawwur Rana, was extradited from the US and was put on a special flight to India on Wednesday.
