Part 2 of 6 of the children's drama. A screwdriver found in Billy's bag left by the electrician is stolen by Ginger Gahagan, but in Billy's efforts to retrieve it the instrument reveals unusual powers when it ends up in the school fish tank. It comes in handy when the record player breaks when headmaster Mr Hardwood gets the school to practice Folk Dancing in preparation for Founder's Day in a bid to impress the school governors, but Billy is somewhat disturbed by the sinister side effects the mysterious screwdriver seems to have.
