In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, a miscreant robbed mobile shop owner Suhail of Rs 50,000 by throwing red chilli powder in his eyes.
The accused posed as a customer, got two mobile recharges done for Rs 19 and Rs 29, then suddenly attacked Suhail and fled with the cash.
