The trough or extension of a low pressure area (LPA) is expected to bring scattered rains over parts of Bicol Region and Southern Luzon, while the rest of the country will continue to experience hot and humid weather due to the easterlies, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday, May 5.
