Erica Boys, 53, and her daughter Ella, 24, recently completed the Hyrox competition in Warsaw, Poland, finishing the eight-kilometre race with high-intensity exercises in 1 hour 17 minutes.
They trained together for eight weeks, with Erica feeling “better than in her twenties” after the event.
