Taiwan's Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung is leading a delegation to the U.S. The first leg of Lin's trip is Houston, Texas, where he proposed constructing a "Taiwan Tower" in the city to support Taiwanese and American businesses and boost bilateral investment.
