Pune (Maharashra), May 14, 2025 (ANI): In response to the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan and Turkey's open support for Pakistan, the Spice and Dry Fruits Association of Pune has decided to boycott imports of apricots and hazelnuts from Turkey, according to association only Hazelnut and Apricot trade is in 100 crores in Pune every month and at country level it reaches around 2000 crores. New Delhi and Islamabad agreed to an understanding on Saturday, reached after four days of intense exchanges of fire, killing dozens of civilians. India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 and struck the "terrorist infrastructure" sites in Pakistan and Pakistani Occupied Kashmir in retaliation for an attack on Hindu tourists in Jammu and Kashmir, killing 26 tourists.
