Popol Vuh - Quiche Maya (Norway) 1973,Prog Rock
A very nice album from the Norwegian art rock band Popol Vuh (later Popol Ace). Though there are some average tracks here, many of them are very good too, especially "Milk-white satin-dressed departure" and "Queen of All Queens". Jahn Teigen contributes some very cool vocals on the songs and the instrumentation is pretty good!
Popol Ace is a well known band here in Norway. Too bad they're not so known in other countries. I recommend this album to prog fans who especially likes Art Rock and prog related stuff.Review by Bj-1
