A fine afternoon for many in the UK today, with warm sunny spells across much of England and Wales through to this evening. Cloudier in Scotland and Northern Ireland where it will also be a touch cooler. Later tonight a band of rain with gusty winds pushes in from the west to affect Northern Ireland and Scotland, and then Wales and England by the morning.
