Nate doesn't want to run away from the village as he's got nothing to be ashamed of, but after a brief talk with John, he decides to leave as he's had enough of the place. John tries to tend to Nate after he has been punched by Cain John tries to help Nate and injects medication into his neck John is horrified as Nate dies in front of him, having had a bad reaction to the medication he has administered to him. John wraps Nate's body with chains and tarpaulin before pocketing Nate's phone and pushing his body off a bridge into the water below.
