While it’s not wise to make assumptions about someone you barely know, it’s safe to say that the filmer of this clip has seen better days.
"I was riding my e-scooter; I looked to the right, and when I turned back around, the taxi was turning too. I panicked, but it was too late," the filmer said.
The filmer’s inability to get out of the taxi's way in time results in a collision that knocks him off his ride.
It’s a good thing neither the taxi driver nor the filmer was moving at full speed at the time of the incident.
