The final assembly line for Airbus in Seville has completed painting the first A400M destined for the Indonesian Air Force. The military transport aircraft is the first of two units ordered by the Asian country in 2021, with delivery expected in late 2025.
With the ability to perform tactical and strategic airlift, medical evacuation, humanitarian missions, and in-flight refueling, the A400M represents a significant leap in the Indonesian Armed Forces' logistical capabilities.
This is the first time the country has received a transport aircraft of this class.
