Amona, North Goa (Goa), June 22, 2025 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant joined the annual pilgrimage from Amona to Pandharpur to visit and took blessing from the Shri Vitthal Rukmini Temple on June 22.Talking to media, he said, "It is not only Maharashtra that goes for Wari (annual pilgrimage) but also Goa has a tradition of going for Wari to visit Shri Vitthal Rukmini in Pandharpur... Today, I feel happy that at least 2,000 people from Goa are walking today to visit Shri Vitthal Rukmini in Pandharpur... I have participated in the Wari going from Amona today..."
