Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain has been appointed Director-General of the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) under the Home Ministry.
He is succeeded by Deputy Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus, who assumes the role of acting CID director effective Monday (June 30).
